One building. Every step under one roof.

01 Production

Cutting room

Fabric is laid in layers on long tables and the marker goes on top. Each stack is cut with an upright knife, then the pieces are bundled for the sewing lines.

02 Production

Sewing lines

Long lines of industrial machines, each operator on one step of the garment. Cut bundles move down the line in red crates until the piece is finished.

03 Production

Pressing and quality control

Every garment is pressed, trimmed and checked against the approved sample. Anything that is not right goes back to the line before it is packed.

04 Production

Packing and warehouse

Finished pieces are bagged and hung, or folded into cartons, as the customer asks. Orders wait in our hanging warehouse until the truck is loaded at our own dock.

05 Delivery

On the road

Loaded at our own dock, the order leaves the industrial zone on the road to Ercan airport.

Since 1999 most of our production has gone to the UK, and from there on to Europe and beyond.

About us

A family trade, since 1999.

Nicole Manufacturing was set up in 1999 in the Nicosia Organised Industrial Zone, built for export from the first day. Tailoring is the family trade, and Nicole is still a family business.

Most of what we make goes to the UK, and from there to Europe and further. We work to European standards. Our customers audit the factory, including working conditions and payroll, and we are glad they do.

We buy raw materials locally first. When the right fabric or trim is not available here, we bring it in from the UK or abroad.

What we do for you

CMT

Cut, make and trim. You send the fabric and trims, we cut, sew, finish and pack to your pattern and sample.

Full production

We source the fabric and trims, local first, then make and pack the order ready to ship.

Sampling

Before the order we make samples, so you can approve fit, finish and construction.

Local market orders

Besides export, we also take orders for the local market on request.

    Send us the style, quantity and timing. A tech pack or a sample garment helps.

    We make a sample to your specification.

    Approval

    You check fit and finish. We adjust until it is right.

    Production

    Cutting, sewing and pressing in our own factory.

    Quality control

    Garments are checked against the approved sample.
